Since Sally can buy up to 12 coin boxes and has already bought 3, she has, therefore, already spent:

3/12 =25% of her money.

She can, therefore, buy: 75% x 8d =6d wallets in total. But since she has already bought 11 wallets, it therefore follows that she can buy:

6d - 11 additional wallets.
