HELP!!!

The chef has 25 pounds of strip loin. The trim loss on the strip loin is 35% and the cooking loss is 80% of the trimmed weight.How many pounds of trimmed, cooked strip loin will the chef have left to serve his customers?

100%-35%=65%

and 

100%-80%=20%

 

so what is left will be

 

20% of  ( 65% of  25  lbs)

The chef must be serving jerky.  Really dry jerky. 

 

I went into a breakfast grill once and asked the chef for raw eggs with burnt bacon and a cup of weak and cold coffee.  The chef say he cannot serve me that. I ask him why not, you did the last time I was in here. hahaha
