5x-6y=41

y=3x-4

Sub y in the 2nd equation into the 1st.

5x -6(3x - 4)=41

5x - 18x +24=41 isolate x to one side

-13x=41 - 24=17

-13x=17 divide both sides by 13

-x=17/13 mulriply both sides by -1

x= - 17/13 Sub into 2nd equation

y=3(-17/13) - 4

y=-51/13 - 4

y=-7 12/13

Now try and solve the ones exactly the same as I did. Good luck.
