the measured quantities of a metal block are as follows:

length= 21.351 cm, width= 16.20 cm, height= 12.02 cm, mass= 8320 g

a- relate the length in centimeters to meters.

b- solve for the volume of the block. v=lwh

c- solve for the density of the block. D= m/v

a. 21.351 cm  =  0.21351 m

b. Volume of the block  =   21.351cm x 16.20cm x 12.02 cm   = 4157.552124 cm^3

c. Density  =  8320g / 4157.552124 cm^2   ≈  2 g/cm^3

P.S. -  if you wanted every dimension to be expressed in m  ......16.2cm = .162m   and 12.02 cm = .1202m

So......  the volume would be       { .162 m x  .1202 m  x .21351m ]  = 0.004157552124m^3

And the Density = 8320g /  0.004157552124m^3  ≈ 2 x 106 g / m^3
