There's a "bug" in the calculator:
type 2e-3 then press the +- button.
Please fix this.

I can see what you mean but it is not really a bug
The calculator thinks you are asking it to change the -3 into a +3 and it does this properly.
If you want the negative just enter it as
-2e-3
