To divide, multiply by the reciprocal (the reciprocal of  18  is  1/18):

(2/3) ÷ 18  =  (2/3) x (1/18)  =  2/54  =  1/27

So, first 2/3 times 18. You have to find the reciprocal of 18 which is 1/18. Then, multiply 2/3 by 1/18. 2 will get canceled out, and 18 will become 9. So, 1/3*1/9 is 1/27. I think this is correct. Hope this helped you!
