In 90 ml that is 75% acid, the amount of acid is 90 ml x .75  =  67.5 ml of acid.

A)  67.5 ml + 35 ml  =  102.5 ml.

B) The total amount in the mixture is 90 ml + 35 ml  =  125 ml.

     Of this, 102.5 ml is acid. To find the percentage:  102.5 / 125  =  82%.
