what is 14^2-(5-3)^2+(6-2)^2

 

I NEED HELP WITH THIS IM ONLY IN 6th GRADE!!!!

14^2  =  14 x 14  =  196

(5-3)^2  =  (2)^2  =  2 x 2  =  4

(6-2)^2  =  (4)^2  =  4 x 4  =  16

14^ - (5-3)^2 + (6-2)^2   becomes:

196  -  4  +  16

 =  192  +  16  

 =  208

When solving problems like these, always do what's inside parentheses first.

just do order of operations GEMA or PEMDAS paren, exponets,multi, divis,add,subtract
