$$16\frac{1}{6} + 16\frac{1}{6} + 4^2 \times{pi}\times{2}$$

$$32\frac{1}{3} + 16 \times{pi} \times 2$$

$$32\frac{1}{3} + 32pi$$

$$32\frac{1}{3} + 100.530965$$ (approx)

$$\approx 132.864298$$
