Integrate x^3+3x^2+15x+4 and factorise the integral

$$\int (x^3+3x^2+15x+4)\:dx\\\\
=\frac{x^4}{4}+\frac{3x^3}{3}+\frac{15x^2}{2}+4x+c\\\\
=\frac{x^4}{4}+x^3+\frac{15x^2}{2}+4x+c\\\\$$

I can't factorise because I don't know what c is.
