Let the smallest integer be n.  Then the next two are n+2 and n+4, so the sum of all three is:

n + n+2 + n+4 or 3n + 6.

We are told that this is 195:

3n + 6 = 195

Subtract 6 from both sides:

3n = 189

Divide both sides by 3:

n = 189/3 = 63.

So the three numbers are 63, 65 and 67.
