You can enter that into the calculator in exactly that form.

4/5 = 0.8

(5.62 + 4)^4  =  9.62^4  =  8564.466

-2/5  =  -0.4

(-5/2)^3  =  -15.625

0.8 + 8564.466 - 0.4 - 15.625  =  8549.241
