I'm not sure the intention of the question, but I look at it in two ways; the square root of (1+2) or the square root of (1), +2. I assume it is the first one.
$$\sqrt{1+2}=\sqrt{3}\approx1.732$$
$$\sqrt{1}+2=1+2=3$$
1 plus 2=3
so 3 divided by square root
i dont know the exact answer, but it's between 1 and 2
