If you let  x  represent the number of times:

13300 + 75x  =  26000 - 35x

13300 + 75x + 35x  = 26000

13300 + 110x  =  26000

110x  =  26000 - 13300

110x  =  12700

x  =  12700 / 110

x  =  115 5/11  times; so they do not meet in a whole number amount of times
