√28  =  √4√7  =  2√7 

(√28) · √7  =  (2√7) · √7  =  2 · (√7 · √7)  =  2 · 7  =  14

It is because of the order of operation. The () on the left is (4*5+8).

sqrt(28)* sqrt(7)=14
