x^3 -x^2 -4 > 0

x^3 - x^2 > 4

(x-2) (x^2+x+2)>0

x > 2

Can somebody please explain me how to get the third row in the first answer to this question...how did we get from x^3-x^2>4→ (x-2) (x^2+x+2)

I didn't learn that in school but I would like to know that!!
