If ABCDE x 4 = EDCBA what is the number ABCDE? As usual with this type of problem each letter is a digit and different letters represent different digits.
Steven bakes brownies for a Math 101 study group which has a total of 6 people in it (including himself). He realizes that no matter how many of them show up (as long as he's not the only one there) then after they share out the brownies equally there will be one left over. What's the smallest number of brownies he could have baked?
