I don't see any answers, but we have.....

 

∛162   =  ∛[81 * 2]  = ∛ [3 * 3 * 3 * 3 * 2 ]   =  3∛[3 * 2]  =  3 ∛6

Yeah if a radical can be divided by a perfect square then it's not in its simplest form.
