Thats not an inequality, but the answer is .0277777777777777777778. Multiply both sides by 9y and then divide -4 by 144 and theres your answer.

When do u switch places on a number when ur calculating with roots. for example. √(1-√2)². and then it becomes √2-1. WHYYYY???

When a sqrt is written into a question, only the positive root is required. 1-sqrt2 is negative so that is not the correct root. The correct one would be -(1-sqrt2) = -1+sqrt2 = sqrt2-1

sqr8 = sqrt(4*2) = sqrt4 * sqrt2 = 2sqrt2

I agree with what they said. You first need to set up an equation with what you already have then once you have that then slide your X to one side of the equation and simply divide . Therefore giving you the answer already^ it set's out to be exactly 30 ounces. Or maybe you could get something else, but that's what I got and the other person too.
