We are using......y  =  m(x - x1)  + y1 ....  where  m = - 6    and (x1, y1)  = (3 , 6)....so we have

 y  = -6 ( x - 3)  +  6    simplify

y  = -6x + 18  + 6

y  = -6x  + 24

cool cool cool
