I used to do the same thing when I was teaching only I used powerpoint with an overhead projection.
I preprepared the questions etc (typed properly) and used them over and over.
But in class I added the solutions and uploaded them after class. I thought it was really good because the student could listen to what I had to say and not spend their whole time writing. They knew it would all be available later. Of course it was good for students who were absent as well.
(I was the only one who did it this way)
You could do it just with an ipad or Windows 8 couldn't you? I'm not up to date with the new stuff.
I had a wacom board but I graduated to a proper write-on computer. It was an old (unusual) one. I thought the new ones would do this just the same.
