Hey Nick....I forgot the 1/2 for the triangles....answer edited...

Total are = area of central square + 4 triangles' area
= 5 x5 + 4* 1/2 (5 x 10 ) = 125 cm^2 !
Add up all of the little areas:
100 x 90
3.5 x 50 x 2
3.5 x 90 x 2 add all of those together to get the total area.....
(I assumed the left 50 mm measurement does NOT include the 3 1/2 mm dotted rectangle)
This figure has a square base and 4 triangular sides....
the square has area 1.5 x 1.5 = 2.25 cm^2
The triangles(four) 4 * 1/2 b x h = 4 * 1/2 *1.5 *3 =9
Total = 2.25 + 9 = 11.25 cm^2
It has 6 sides
the TWO largest sides are L x W = 2 * 9x7 = 126 cm^2
The TWO long sides are LxW =2 * 9x2 = 36
The TWO shorter sides are LxW = 2 * 2*7 = 28
Total = 190 cm^2
Not sure what a 'net' is...but here is a way to calc the area:
The central portion is a long rectangle 7 x (10+10 +6) = 182 ft^2
Then there are two rt triangles 2 * 1/2 * 6 * 8 = 48 ft^2
Total = 230 ft^2
