I'll show you with an example
5.3*10
12
* 6.9*10
-7
= 5.3*6.9*10
12
*10
-7
= 36.57 * 10
(12+-7)
= 3.657 * 10
1
* 10
5
= 3.657 * 10
6
OR, you could just do it on your calcuator.

Replace y in the first equations with (2x+12) and then solve for x
then substitute your x value into either original equation to get y.

(-5)+(-6)
= -5+-6
If 2 signs (+ or -) are so close together that you can put a circle around them with nothing else in the circe, the
if the signs are the same, replace them with a plus
if the signs are different, replace them with a minus.
Your question has a +- they are different so replace with a -
=-5-6
Now, start at -5 on a number line and go 6 places in a negative direction.
= -11

b = a + (n - 1)d
b - a = (n - 1)d
(b - a)/d = n - 1
((b - a)/d) + 1 = n

If I understand your question properly, which I may not, then
It is 64 degrees because they are alternate angles on parallel lines.

If f(t)=5/t
[ f(t)-f(a)] / (t-a)
= [5/t - 5/a] / (t-a)
=(5a-5t)/(at) * 1/(t-a)
=-5(-a+t)/(at) * 1/(t-a)
=-5/(at)

If you are asking how to solve an equation like a^3+b^3=0, you have to factor the equation first. The equation for factoring a sum of perfect cubes is as follows:
a^3+b^3= (a+b)(a^2-2ab+b^2)
From there, you set (a+b) equal to 0 and (a^2-2ab+b^2) equal to zero and find your three different answers (or at least there should be three answers). If you can factor the second parenthesis even more, do so and set both inserts equal to zero...
IF that makes any sense at all

It depends what you are talking about
The inverse of 6 is 1/6
but if
tan(theta) = 0.35
Inverse tan 0.35 = theta

sqrt3(24^3) = (sqr3) * 24*24*24
You can't simplify sqr of 3 because it is already as simple as it can be.
24*24*24 you can do by long multiplication.

10 rabbits at first then five years later 340 rabbits.
give a formula for the population of the colony of rabbits as a function of the time
a=10, r = rate of yearly increase, R = number of rabbits after n years.
340=10*r
5
34=r
5
r = 34^(1/5)
r = 35^0.2
R
n
= 10 * [34^0.2]
n
R
n
= 10 * 34
(0.2n)
This is based on the premise that rabbits increase in number yearly as a geometric progression, which, of couse, they do not.

"Graphically" means to graph an equation or a system of equations. In this case you have to draw the graph of the inverse proportionality 1/2x moved 4 units up the Y and intersecting the line 2x - 5 which in turn is the line 2x moved 5 units down the Y. It shares one common point with 1/2x.

I can't answer this, if I could, I would.
If you do not get an answer soon you may consider posting your question in the forum above.
I think you will be more likely to get an answer there.
There is a section there specifically for physics and chemistry questions.

It's not your question dedwe, so why does it help you?
sqrt257 to the 3rd power = (257^1/2) ^(1/3) = 257 ^ (1/6) = approx 2.52147996
