One way is to plot points.

Choose three values for x; so they are easy to calculate, choose multiples of 3 (the denominator).

If x = 0, then y = (4/3)(0) + 2  =  0 + 2  =  2   --->   (0, 2)

If x = 3, then y = (4/3)(3) + 2  =  4 + 2  =  6   --->   (3, 6)
