hey. i got really sick in the fall of 2014 and wat helped me was to eat a LOT of fruit, especially apples, bananas, and grapes. They helped me quick. Also, water helps you keep hydrated. i know i know... u dnt want to drink water, but trust me.. it WILL work.
if all else fails, go to Wallgreens and buy a huge bag on cough drops. lol
