many calcultors have buttons for that, the one that i have has y to the x power you just type in the first number (in this case 10) then hit that button, then type in eight.if you only have a basic caclulator here's an online one

=[2(x+y)+(3x+y)](x+y)

=(2x+2y+3x+y)/(x+y)

=(5x+3y)/(x+y)

and that is about it.

MUltiply .75 * 3:

To add on:

A percentage is just a fraction out of one hundred. So 20% = 20/100 = 2/10 = .2

So we have:

.2 * 33 + 11 - 11

We multiply .2 * 33 = 6.6 So we have:

6.6 + 11 - 11

17.6 - 11

6.6
