It equals nonsense, as it implies that 14 + 36 = 102, which is clearly false!

The answer is -3-14m

Because, if you look at the original form of the equation, 4^-∞ = 0, 6^-∞ = 0 and 9^-∞ = 0 i.e. each of the terms on the LHS is individually zero.

In that limit my rearranged version of the equation doesn't hold, because a divide by zero would be involved.

This can be written as  -4m² + 3m - 1 - m - 2 

Collect terms:  -4m² + 2m - 3  It doesn't simplify any further.
