6 = 3x+2x

6 = 5x

x = 6/5

x = 1.2 inches

Width = 1.2 inches

Height = 1.5*width = 1.8 inches

Solve for p:
14 p-2 = 0

Factor constant terms from the left hand side:
2 (7 p-1) = 0

Divide both sides by 2:
7 p-1 = 0

Add 1 to both sides:
7 p = 1

Divide both sides by 7:
Answer: | p=1/7
