64 * (5)^3   = 8000 m^3

This makes sense....each dimension before  = 4m   and [4m ]^3  = 64 m^3

Each dimension now is 5 times as much = 20m  and [20m]^3   = 8000 m^3

Let's try doing substitution. 

Since y equals both -3/2x+3 and -x+6, let's set them equal to each other.

Set the equations equal to each other.

-3/2 x+3=-x+6

Add 3/2 x to both sides.

3=1/2x+6

Subtract 6 from both sides.

1/2x=-3

Multiply by 2 on both sides.

x=-6

Check your answer:

-3/2(-6)+3=-(-6)+6

9+3=6+6

12=12 The answer is correct!

um.. ya i think there is three burt idk we just started doing this but the equations are y= -3/2x +3, and y= -x +6
