My graph is a bit interactive.

The line C=3x-2y which I have rearranged to 2y=3x-C
must overlap the shaded purple region by at least one point.
Use the C slider to find the biggest value of C for which this is true.
The maximum C will always occur at one of the vertices of the shaded quadrilateral.
What do you think the max C is ??
