The number of different 3 digit numbers that can be formed = P(4,3) = 24
El número de diferentes números de 3 dígitos que se pueden formar = P (4,3) = 24
1 foot = 12 inches.....so...
3.5 ft * 12 =
(3 + 1/2) * 12 =
3 * 12 + (1/2) * 12 =
36 + 6 =
42 inches
I didnt have to verify my answer.... ???
Neither prime nor composite
the first positive integer whole number
If I didn't have to "verify" my answers, it would be just fine......hectictar indicates that we can go back and edit our old posts......I like that.....!!!!
The answer wouldn't be 8p.
2p*4p is the same as 2*p*4*p
First multiply the numbers: 2*4= 8
Then the variables: p*p= p2
Than both products: 8*p2=8p2
Therefore, the answer would be 8p2
I would think the answer would be 8p...
:)
Note....any number of the form abcdabcd can be written as
abcd * 10000 + abcd =
adcd ( 10000 + 1) =
abcd (10001)
So.....10001 is the greatest common divisor for any number of this form
√32 = √ (16 *2) = √16 * √2 = 4√2
√44 = √{4 * 11} = √4*√11 = 2√11
√90 = √[9 * 10] = √9 *√10 = 3√10
x^7 = 250000 take the 7th root of both sides
x = (250000)^(1/7) ≈ 5.903836027749965
k thanks
1 x 8 = 8 the previous two digits multiplied together equal the next term
Yep, snow is beautiful. I love looking up at the skys and seeing it fall down
Just saying there is a big probability that I am wrong, but..
5x4=20
10 cubed =1,000
20x 1,000=20,000
P.S soz if it's wrong
Use PEMDAS (also known as PEDMAS, they stand for the same thing)
Parentheses
Exponents
Division and Multiplication from left to right
Addition and Subtraction from left to right
Using this,
5*4*10^3
5*4*1000
20*1000
20000
to get square root on this calculator, type:
sqrt(x)
to get the square root of x
It's 20. I was looking at multiple questions at the same time :D
They are generally called the semi-major axis and the semi-minor axis.
5 x 4 x 10^3 = 5 x 4 x 1000 you can do the multiplication in any order , the result will be the same
20,000 or 2 x 10^4
5x4 is not 9 !!!
5x4x103 → 20x103 → 2x104
If you have the axes it is pi x axis a x axis b
(axes are like 1/2 the two diameters of the ellipse)
radius = 9 area = pi x r^2 = 81pi sq ft
$48.43/ (81 pi) = .1903 ~~~ 19 cents per sq ft
Another method: SUbstitute in -3 fo 'x' and solve for 'k'
k(9) + 6-3 = 0
k(9) = -3
k = -3/9 = -1/3
cosh2 - sinh2 = 1
cosh x = sqrt(1 + (16/63)2) = sqrt(4225/3969) = 65/63
tanh = sinh/cosh
tanh x = 16/65
coth = 1/tanh, sech = 1/cosh, csch = 1/sinh
etc.
We must have: (x + 3)(kx - a) = 0
So: kx2 + (3k-a)x - 3a = 0.
Compare term by term with kx2 -2x - 3 = 0
Clearly a = 1, so 3k - 1 = -2
3k = -1
k = -1/3
