For lines like such to be parallel, the slope (the m) has to be parallel. We first need to arrange all of them into slope intercept form:
y = [slope]x + [y - intercept]
Line 1: y = -1/4 x + 4
already in the right form! Great 👍
Line 2: x + 4y = 3
Move the "x" to the right side:
4y = 3 - x
4y = -x + 3
Divide by 4
y = -1/4 x + 3/4
Line 3: y = -1/2 x - 6
already in the right form! Great 👍
Line 4: y + 1 = -2(x - 5)
Distribute:
y + 1 = -2x + 10
Subtract 1:
y = -2x + 9
We see that the only two lines that have the same slope is line 1 and line 2.

You never know when you will need system of equation!
The the number of 3-petal flowers be x, and the number of 4-petal flowers be y.
from here, we know that:
x + y = 30
3x + 4y = 102
Using substitution, we see that:
x = 30 - y
3(30 - y) + 4y = 102
90 - 3y + 4y = 102
90 + y = 102
y = 12
