First, lets change both decimals into fractions.
0.0202 repeating is 02/99 since x = 0.0202... and 100x = 2.0202... so 99x = 2 and x = 2/99.
0.02 is 2/100 obviously, so now subtract the two!
2/100-2/99 = -1/4950
The answer is 4*sqrt(7) + 2*sqrt(5).

Here is another way of looking at it.
Since it is a equilateral triangle, the point is just as likely to be closer to A as it is to be closer to B
what does that tell you.
8 is the smallest number that satisfies (i) and (ii).
next, 8+(3*5)x = 5 (mod7), 8+15x = 5 (mod 7), and 8+x = 5 (mod 7), it's clear than 8+4 = 12 so x = 4
Thus the smallest x can be is x = 4 (mod 7) and x = 4.
