If this is what you wrote, then it's right. (I can't make out what that letter is you wrote where there needs to be Q.)
Cheers.

-4/3x + 2/5x = 14/45 get the common denominator of 45 on the left
(-60/45)x + (18/45)x = 14/45 multiply through by 45
-60x + 18x = 14 combine like terms
-42x = 14 divide by -42 on both sides
x = 14 / -42 = -1 / 3
wow. no comment

$$66\frac{2}{3}%$$% of 96
$$=\frac{66\frac{2}{3}}{100}\times{96}$$
$$=\frac{2}{3}\times{96}$$
$$=64$$
alright i get it. Thanks fossil. Who knew i could learn something from an old person....How the times have changed
There was nothing to "solve"......remember........we have to have an " = " sign in the problem to do that......I just "simplified" it using some basic rules involving exponents.....
So how did you solve it without knowing what the variables were?
I don't know, zegroes......it's just a variable.......and, since it's upper-case, we usually assume that it's different from the lower-case "b"......What is each suppposed to represent?????.......who knows????
