Dividing a number is like multiplying the reciprocal of it. The reciprocal of 1/4 is 4, so 8 times 4 is 32. 8/(1/4)=32.

For expanding two binomials, you can use the FOIL method. (F: First terms, O: Outer terms, I: Inner terms, L: Last terms)

(4/5)A > (5/6)(A - 1)     multiply through by the common denominator of 5 and 6, i.e., 30
