Nope...We get it atleast once a week which isn't much in my opinion for a core subject.

It is used for schools and teachers can assign homework their, there is also games- maths games.

I have a math book, the CGP one fr year 7 & 8 but it's all the math basics.

I'm wanting to get a harder one just to look more into maths.

There's a little rhyme we were taught at school:

You add and divide for the mean.

The mode is the one you see the most

and the range is in between.

I don't have to memorise Mean it is the original one thats why, so thats why i don't have a pattern.

As for Median : Say median fast!  You kinda get something similar to Medium

Mode: is the shortest like the word most. Mode is most.

The operator is the factorial (!).

You have to change the mixed fractions into improper fractions.  To do this multiply the denominator by the whole number, then add the numerator.

So..  5*3=15+3=18  => 18/5

3*1=3+2=5  => 5/3

Now you have to make common denominators in order to add them together.  Find a common multiple.  For 3 and 5, that is 15.  Multiply both the numerator and denominator by the number necessary for the denominator to equal 15.

For 18/5, multiply both the numerator and denominator by 3 to equal 54/15.

For 5/3, this will then equal 25/15.

Now add the numerators.. 25+54=79  => 79/15

This can then be changed back into a mixed fraction!  15 4/15 :)

after a bit of long division you can find your answer to be tan=0.423!

I think you must mean between 70° and 80°  to the ground......if so, we have

tan^-1(5.8 / 1.5) = about 75.5°

So...it is safe....
