The term "cathetus" is new, to me.....I think the more common term is "leg"
If the angle across from d is 66.5°........then the remaining angle opposite the other leg is [90 - 66.5] = 23.5°
And using the Law of Sines, we can find the other leg, x
5.2 / sin 66.5 = x / sin 23.5
x = (5.2) sin 23.5 / sin 66.5 = about 2.26
And the hypotenuse is sqrt (5.2^2 + 2.26^2 ) = about 5.7
