Algebraic form:
z = -183640+137112i

Exponential form:
z = 229179.733275 × ei 143°15'13″

Trigonometric form:
z = 229179.733275 × (cos 143°15'13″ + i sin 143°15'13″)

Polar form:
r = |z| = 229179.73328
φ = arg z = 143.2537° = 143°15'13″ = 0.79585π

Let the number of first class=F

Let the number of tourist class=T, then we have:

F + T=52, But,

30F + 25T=1360

Solve the following system:
{30 F+25 T = 1360 |     (equation 1)
F+T = 52 |     (equation 2)
Subtract 1/30 × (equation 1) from equation 2:
{30 F+25 T = 1360 |     (equation 1)
0 F+T/6 = 20/3 |     (equation 2)
Divide equation 1 by 5:
{6 F+5 T = 272 |     (equation 1)
0 F+T/6 = 20/3 |     (equation 2)
Multiply equation 2 by 6:
{6 F+5 T = 272 |     (equation 1)
0 F+T = 40 |     (equation 2)
Subtract 5 × (equation 2) from equation 1:

0 F+T = 40 |     (equation 2)
Divide equation 1 by 6:

I would start by doing a binomial expansion on it.  Have you done that yet?

OR you could just put it straight into the web2 calculator.  

(5 - 3i)^7 = -183 640+137 112i

you can type    y=(x+5)*(x+3)*(x-2)^2

30*30 or you can do 3*3=9 then add the 2 zeroes to the end=900=30*30

First enter your repeating decimal such as .3333333333.....etc. On the top right-hand side there are a bunch of lines or bars. Click on them and you should get a drop-down list. Click on "Fractions" and then press the = sign. You should get: 1/3.

Since the projected distance of the pinhole to the floor was 56cm, and the image was .5cm, then the ratio of the two is:

56/.5=112. But the average distance to the Sun is 149,600,000Km, then the diameter of the Sun is:

149,600,000/112=1.335 X 10^6Km, on this scale. The Sun's diameter is in fact: 1, 392,000Km. Close!.

x=y-3

x+3y=13         substituting the first equation for x into the second, we have

[ y - 3] + 3y = 13      simplify

4y - 3 = 13     add 3 to both sides

4y =   16      divide both sides by 4

y = 4   

And using the first equation,  x = 4 -  3   = 1
