You randomly post stuff and for WHAT DAYS?!?!?!?

(x2 + ax + b) * (cx2 - 2x + 1)

You take the first term in the first bracket and multiply it by the second bracket

then

You take the second term in the first bracket and multiply it by the second bracket

then

You take the third term in the first bracket and multiply it by the second bracket

then..

and so on until you run out of terms, which you already have.

\((x^2+ax+b)(cx^2-2x+1)\\ =x^2(cx^2-2x+1)\quad+ax(cx^2-2x+1)\quad+b(cx^2-2x+1)\)

Now expand the  brackets then add together like terms :)

There isn't anything particularly tricky about this.........

x=-10       is the only real solution but since it is a cubic there will be two more imaginary roots.
