I do not know how the point system works but I do know that it is more complicated than just adding up the number of stars that people give you.  

I assume that when moderator whites out an answer, or when a post gets reported or automatically censored,  that it results in a negative score.  :/

I am going to assume that rotations are NOT considered different.

This is what I think

Take any person and sit them anywhere.

Now there are 3 more people of that gender so they can be seted in 3! ways.

There are 4 people of the other gender left, they can be seated in 4! ways.

So altogether that makes   3! * 4!  =  6*24 = 144 ways.
