4x-5=27 add 5 to both sides
4x = 32 divide both sides by 4
x = 8
f(x) = 2x^2 + 3x +2 = 0
This has no real solutions.....the complex solutions are :
x = [ -3 ± i √7 ] / 4
Actually, we're not.......however.....we HAVE been known to drink to execss.........
It happened automatically.
Maybe because you used the word "death" but I am not really sure.
The first time, you would be half-dead....
After the second time, you'd still be (1/4) alive since (1/2) of (1/2) = (1/4)
Why is this post invisible to normal users? Please explain?
Nice. You are exactly right guest. Now just figure it out.
What s**t are you speaking. Greater or equal to zero.
Man you guys must be smoking something.
The answer was greater or equal to two. You can't guarentee he only has two. So both of you idiot guests were wrong.
When you add whol numbers you line them up on the right and just add. That is because there is an invisable decimal point to the right of any whole number.
When you add decimals just line the decimal points under each other. Then add normally. The new number has the decimal point exactly under the original decimal points.
There is a date stamp Chris so the age is frozen in time - give or take a day or so. ://
We can't definitely say.......by the time we submitted any answer, you would have aged a slight bit
thanks
14 years, 3 months and 10 days.
Now, you need to work out when you were born.
I am going to assume log base 10
7.5=log(P/.0002)
10^(7.5)=10^(log(P/.0002))
10^(7.5)=P/.0002
10^7*10^0.5*0.0002=P
10^7*10^0.5*0.0002 = 6324.555320336758664
2pi (36 in) (90/360) =
2pi (36 in)(1/4) =
2pi * 9 =
18 pi inches
Draw a right angled triangle.
Label one accute angle as B
Sin B is 1/3 so label the opposite side as 1 and the hypotenuse as 3
Use the pythagorean theorum to find the exact length of the third side.
Now read Cos B directly of your diagram
thanks guys, i am new to logirithms so i forgot about the inverse of e.
helped heaps. i have a few of these and it has clicked now! thanks again!
1,000 grains of sand are generally taken to be about 1 gram. or 1 grain=1/1000 g. At least, that is my take on it.
Area=Pi r^2
A=3.1414592 x 8^2
A=201.06 Inches^2
201.06/8 =25.13 inch^2-the size of each of the 8 slices
201.06/12=16.76 inch^2-the size of each of the 12 slices
25.13/16.76=1.50 - 1 =.50 x 100 =50% bigger-the 8/12 slices.
You could just as well divide the diameter of the pie by 8 and 12 and the difference would be the same, or 50% larger.
Really cannot answer this question without the UNITS of the grain of sand 10^-3 What? Milligrams? Grams? Kilograms?
