No, I don't think that i get it.  normally a with discounts you would talk about i and 1-i (not 1+i) so  I am confused.

yes melody i can see the pattern ! what u r saying is really happening in it ! but the 1st three have been arranged in descending order thats why its looking like that but if are to reach zero u probably have to use this way ! so thats a good pattern but i cant get what r u trying to tell us that answers the question through this !
