What I'd do is change it to all eighths.  3-3/8  =  27/8  

Then square both the numberator and the denominator.  27²/8²  =  729/64  

That reduces to 11-25/64   

I would say the answer is, No. I would say that because if you check the next perfect square, 8, it is one above 7 which is a prime number. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Whether or not a quadratic has a real answer is based on it's discriminant, b^2 - 4ac. 

If the discriminant is negative, then the solutions won't work since you can't square root a negative number.

The largest integer that fufils this is 41.

First, let's start by expanding the (x + a)^2 part of the question. 

(x + a)^2 = x^2 + 2ax + a^2

We can then replace it. 

x^2 - 7x + c = x^2 + 2ax + a^2
