the numbers were suppose to stand for a riddle plus you cannot find an answer if this were a real problem because the equation has already been solved within itself x^2+7x+53=11/3.

then x*9=9x

then x*7=7x

then 7*9=63

then all you need to do is simplify: 9x-7x=2x

so the final answer is
