if i sell 3 grams of wood for $25 and 7 grams for $50, how much would i sell 12 grams for?

This question is impossible, because 7 grams=50, and 3 grams= 25, when it should be 7 grams= 50 where 3.5 grams= 25./ 3+3=6 / 3.5+3.5=7 / If that is what you meant, then the answer is quite simple.
3.5g=25 7.1428571429 x 12= 85.714285714
7g=50 7.1428571429 x 12= 85.714285714

85.714285714 is simplified to 85.72, or 85.7, depending on what you teacher wants.

If you still dont understand I reccomend asking your teacher before class starts, and finishing it as fast as possible.
If I messed this up somehow, please dont judge me, considering I am not very old, and only in 7th grade. I am still capable of making mistakes.
