Since when does 6+2 equal 12, and 75*6 equal 300?

I think you must mean:

1*6 = 6                  6+2=8

8*6 = 48             48+3 = 51

51*6 = 306       306+4 = 310

This is expressing the original in nested form:

((1*6 + 2)*6 + 3)*6+4  =  1*6³ + 2*6² + 3*6¹ + 4*6⁰   

It requires fewer multiplications so it might be faster, but it is clearly more prone to error!

arc tan is the same as inverse tan

So if you want inverse tan (3/5) press

2nd   atan   (3/5) =

Make sure the calc is set to degrees or radians as required (there isa button on the bottom left of the calc for this)

I am no English teacher but an adjective is a word that describes a noun.

eg

The pretty girl is carrying a heavy bag.

pretty is an adjective because it describes the girl

and

heavy is an adjective because it describes the bag.

You cannot because there is no equal sign :)

g(0)=0-0=0

g(1)=0-1=-1

g(2)=1-2=-1

g(3)=3-3=0

g(4)=6-4=2

The only numbers in the range of g(x) are 0,-1 and 2

You cannot divide by 0 so x+1 cannot =0, x cannot equal -1

This is a  restriction on the domain - not on the range.  

x=-1 will be a vertical asymptote.

Just looking at it I can see it will be a hyperbola.        (it reminds me of  y=1/x)

so

-2012+f(2012)=2

f(2012)=2+2012=2014

The second is the correct answer to the question that you may have intended to ask.   :)

As it stands you don't have an equation because you haven't set it equal to anything!  However, if we assume you want to set it equal to zero, then you have:

(8h - 1)(2h - 3) = 0

For this to be true you must have either 8h - 1 = 0. so 8h = 1 so h = 1/8

or 2h - 3 = 0, so 2h = 3, so h = 3/2

If you just wanted to expand the bracketed terms then

(8h - 1)(2h - 3) → 8h*2h - 8h*3 - 1*2h +3 → 16h² - 26h + 3

.

The domain is just all the possible values that x can have for a specific function or relation.

For instance

$$y=\frac{7x^2-3}{x-4}$$

you cant divide by 0 so 

$$\\x-4\ne 0\\
x\ne 4$$

but x can have any other value so the domain is 

x is in the set of reals where x is not equal to 4

$$x\in R $ where $ x\ne 0$$

On this site calculator you use atan instead of inverse tan.

They are the same thing.  :)
