Sodium hydroxide should be ok. It should k**l everything except CDD and quantum dumbness.
However, fluoroantimonic acid may be better. This will burn the muzzle and the wash bucket, then through the concrete floor, along with a meter or two of the sand below.
It still won’t destroy CDD or quantum dumbness, but it will effectively cure the person who has it by liquefying him. Titanium armor will only delay the inevitable.
