(x^2-6 x+9)/(3 x+5) = 9/(3 x+5)-(6 x)/(3 x+5)+x^2/(3 x+5):
Answer: | 9 / (3x+5) - (6x) / (3x + 5) + x^2 / (3x + 5)

so that would mean...

v+3=8

-3 from both sides

v=5

I always start by drawing a equilateral triangle of side length 2, and splitting it down the middle, for these problems.

\(cot 60 = \frac{adj}{opp} = \frac{1}{\sqrt3}\)
