So the line of symmetry is at x = -3.

i am not sure what you mean by 7ft, but i am going to assume that the radius of the sphere is 7 feet. 

the volume of a sphere - 4/3 * π * r^3

plugging in the 7 feet as the radius and 3.14 as π, you get:

4/3 * 3.14 * 343

which equals

≈ 1436.03

i think that you could go through every number, but first, you should eliminate some of the obvious numbers. this way, you'll be able to go through the numbers you are looking through and count those.

i started by eliminating all of the even numbers, as those will all share a factor with 28, since 28 is divisible by 2.

then i eliminated 21 and 28. 

now you are left with -

11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 23, 25, 27, and 29. 

so, there are 9 integers.

Nothing adds up to 13 and multiplies to 24, but if there are decimals it could work.
