As "Guest" has said, the roots of this polynomial are at x = -8 and x = 3

I think the question is, "Where is the polynomial < 0 ??"

The solution is the interval  [-8, 3 ]

26 - 50x = 25x -10     add 50x to both sides, add 10 to both sides
